Trust Reporting : Contact Tracking
In addition to reporting on almost anything, you can use SystmOne Trust Reporting to keep track of contacts between SystmOne units in your PCT and TPP.
Each time a unit contacts TPP through the helpdesk, a call is logged on TPP's helpdesk system. Each SystmOne unit can access their calls through SystmOne to see how their call is progressing and who their issue has been referred to.
PCTs using SystmOne Trust Reporting can see all the contacts for all of their SystmOne units, providing the unit has allowed the sharing of this data. This way, PCTs can keep an eye on ongoing issues and escalations and see if the same issues are occurring across different units.
At TPP, we feel this transparency leads to a better relationship between ourselves and our users, who can all see that their issues are progressing towards a resolution.
Any SystmOne units who do not wish for the PCT to be able to report on their data, or who do not wish the PCT to be able to see their contacts with TPP can easily opt out.
