Training & Support

Our support doesn't end when you Go Live on SystmOne.

Training

Whether it’s pre- or post-Go Live, if you use our expert trainers, they’ll come to you and train you on the areas that you need training on. It’s as simple as that! They can work with you using only test patients so you don’t even need to worry about making mistakes.

Online Help

SystmOne provides comprehensive Online Help. Whichever screen you’re on, press F1 to open the Help page. Our Help is searchable and provides easy to follow step-by-step instructions.

Chatrooms

SystmOne has an inbuilt Chatroom, or messaging forum. Posting a message on SystmOne Chatrooms is like pinning a notice to a corkboard that all SystmOne users can see. They can also respond to your message, adding comments and answering your questions.

You don't have to send or respond to messages to benefit from Chatrooms - you can simply read other people's discussions or search the archives for previous discussions. Use SystmOne Chatrooms to talk to other SystmOne users - asking them 'How to' questions, sharing best practice or conducting general discussions.

Helpdesk

When you call through to TPP's helpdesk, you'll be connected straight to a SystmOne specialist; no pushing buttons, no queues, no call-backs. Core support is provided, with 24/7 support for emergency situations. All of our advisers are well-educated, articulate, knowledgeable and willing to help!

Contact Tracking

You can use SystmOne's Contact Tracking screen to see what progress has been made on any issues you have logged with us. See who the query has been passed to and what comments have been entered.

Happy Customers

Our Customer Relationship Managers are there to make sure that all of our users are happy. They'll contact you periodically after Go Live to talk through your experiences and to organise bespoke training sessions, if requested.

The Customer Relations team is also the team you'll speak to should you ever wish to escalate an issue. They'll gather all the relevant information and involve a Company Director when appropriate. We want you to be happy using SystmOne and dealing with TPP, so we'll work hard to make sure that you are.
