Palliative : Ongoing Care
For ongoing care, SystmOne Palliative can utilise all the care components in the SystmOne suite. Sophisticated modules for prescribing, care plans, templates, views, and patient warnings may be employed on a patient-by-patient basis. SystmOne Palliative comprises some highly specialised components. For example, any special wishes of the patient may be recorded and are always visible to each clinician, helping to minimise patient distress.
As well as supporting patients through admission, SystmOne Palliative also supports day-care and Hospice At Home.
