TPP announce appointment of Business Process Manager and Strategic Relations Manager

TPP are proud to announce the promotion of Raj Sandhu to the position of Business Process Manager within the company. Raj has worked as an integral part of the TPP Support Helpdesk for over two years and carries a wealth of experience both with the SystmOne modules and with our end users. In her new role, Raj will be visiting existing users of all SystmOne modules to gain more of an insight into how the different modules are used.

She will be working closely with various staff at these units to understand their specific needs and how the system can be developed to address these and ensure continuous improvement. As Business Process Manager, Raj will be providing an imperative link between TPP and our existing end users to help maintain a strong relationship for all parties. Raj said “My experience of working on the TPP Helpdesk made me aware of how vital it is for TPP to listen to the end users. Their views will now be relayed directly to the Directors and the Customer Relationship Team at TPP. Our users’ feedback of the system is fundamental for the future development of SystmOne”.

TPP are also happy to announce the appointment of Jon Fordham to the position of Strategic Relations Manager within the company. Jon has worked extensively within our Training and Deployment teams and will bring both experience and enthusiasm to this new role. In the field, Jon will provide a vital link between TPP and NHS bodies, such as PCTs, and the end users themselves, reinforcing existing relationships and forging new associations. Jon said “This is a very exciting time for TPP; by raising our presence at both practice and PCT level we hope to become more accessible to everybody involved with the system, building long-term, cohesive relationships with our users”
