TPP have been overwhelmed by demand after advertising their first User
Meeting at their headquarters in Leeds.
With capacity limited to 63 guests per day, TPP have had to increase the number
of User Meetings from one to three, and open an additional waiting list, in order
to accommodate all users wishing to attend.
The User Meetings, to be held on the 21st, 22nd and 28th March 2006, at Mill
House, Troy Road, Horsforth, are to be attended by a range of health care professionals
from across all the SystmOne care settings, including GP, Child Health, Community
and Prisons. Users are travelling from as far afield as Portsmouth, Durham, Wrexham,
and Great Yarmouth. To enable more of their users to attend, TPP have arranged
transport from many parts of the country.
Kate Hargrave, a Customer Relationship Manager at TPP, explains why TPP are holding
User Meetings. “It’s for the users to come and see us, meet the team
and find out more about TPP and SystmOne. And it’s also a chance for us
to get to know them. I believe that this will be a unique opportunity for users
to share their experiences with TPP as well as with other clinicians and administrators.”
Guests will be welcomed with coffee and croissants on arrival, then go through
a programme of morning talks with TPP founders Frank Hester and Satvinder Virk,
clinical director Dr John Parry, and directors Neil Toner and Sue Sanders. There
will be afternoon sessions focussing on particular modules of SystmOne, such
as GP, Community, Child Health and Prisons. Finally, there will be an open Question
and Answer session with SystmOne experts.
This is the first time that TPP has opened its doors to all of its users in this
way.
