Expansion at TPP

Since relocating to Mill House, Troy Road, Horsforth, TPP has expanded rapidly. There have been 20 new additions to the team, 15 of whom have started since the New Year.

“The need for new staff has been driven by the number of new deployments,” says Jo Leslie, a Project Manager at TPP. “The more organisations choosing SystmOne, the more people we need on board. We have welcomed people in positions across the company and are still actively recruiting."

As well as moving more and more units onto SystmOne, TPP is working closely with Accenture project managers and people at different levels in the NHS. As more and more functionality is added to SystmOne, TPP is hosting development workshops with clinicians. To meet the requirements of these expansions, TPP is developing new office space.

TPP founder, Satvinder Virk, reflects on the expansion. “We’ve moved into new premises before and it’s been a big deal, but the volume of business being developed and the rate at which we’re growing now is an exciting challenge.”

New Customer Relationship Manager, Kate Hargrave, joined TPP from a position as an Operations Development Administrator. She describes work at TPP as, “very fast-paced and varied, nothing like I’ve done before.” She adds that, “I’m settled in Leeds now and can see myself staying here.”

Emma Chapman moves from a freight forwarding company to join TPP as a Data Checker. “I’m enjoying working here and there’s a lot for me to learn,” says Emma. “I really like the people here and I’m enjoying data checking so far.”

New coder, Ankit Sharma, was studying for a PhD in Genetics before joining TPP. He was attracted to TPP because, “It’s a small company that’s going places.” Ankit describes working at TPP as, “High pressure but it’s good to be learning things again.”

General Writer, Beth Daley, comes to TPP from a background in television subtitling and freelance writing. Beth says, “I’m hoping that TPP will give me the chance to improve my skills and I’m excited at the prospect of being involved in a company that is going from strength to strength.”

Prior to joining TPP, support team member, Louis Elder, worked for two years as a missionary in Virginia. “I finished my time as a missionary and wanted to start a career,” says Louis. “I thought TPP would provide good opportunities and a lot of potential as it’s a young company. It’s interesting and I’m enjoying all that I’m learning.”
