Putting TPP on Practice Manager Meeting Agendas
Do you organise or attend a practice manager meeting with colleagues in your area?
If yes, then would you like TPP representatives to attend?
Ashley Brook, Customer Relationship Manager, says, "The success of SystmOne depends largely on our engagement with the people who use it every day. Without knowing who they are, what they do, and what they need, we cannot ensure that we are delivering the best system with the best service possible."
Attending a practice manager's meeting would also be a good opportunity for other practices in your area to find out more about SystmOne, both from us and from you.
Ideally, a TPP trainer, demonstrator or expert trouble-shooter would like a 20-30 minute slot in your meeting to raise awareness of SystmOne in general, as well as new functionality, and up-and-coming developments. We could demo new features, maybe give a few best-practice tips, and answer questions you and your colleagues may have.
If no-one at your practice manager's meeting uses SystmOne, we'd be happy to come along and demonstrate the system to you, and discuss any concerns you might have about changing systems, whether through your LSP or GPSoC.
In return for the opportunity to speak at your meeting, we would be happy to sponsor the event, perhaps by providing refreshments and SystmOne goodies.
