Frequently Asked Questions

tpp How many people work at TPP?

We currently have 62 employees based in the office in Leeds, plus a further 11 trainers who work across the UK.

tpp What is the dress code at TPP?

If you're in the office, the dress code is casual - jeans, T-shirts and trainers are fine. If you're out meeting our customers, then a little more care is needed and you'll be expected to look smart and professional - that usually means suits.

tpp I haven't got any experience - will you still accept my application?

Definitely. We value enthusiasm and the ability to learn over direct experience. We can teach you all the skills you'll need.

tpp What are the working hours at TPP?

For those in the office, normal working hours are 8.30-5.15 Monday to Thursday, and 8.30-4.00 on Fridays. Trainers' hours are 10.00-4.00 because we know that trainers need time to travel to and from sites during the day and we don't want them on the go for ten hours a day! There may be times when you'll be asked to work late, or at weekends, but we do our best to keep this to a minimum.

tpp Will I have to work over Christmas?

We do our best to ensure that everyone gets a decent break over Christmas and New Year. No-one works over the bank holidays, and, circumstances permitting, we try to give everyone a few extra days around Christmas to go home, visit family, and eat all those mince pies!

tpp How many days holiday will I have?

The minimum number of days you'll start with is 20 (excluding Christmas). This goes up by two days for each year of service.
