Deployment Process

Whichever SystmOne module you choose, TPP will guide and support you through the entire deployment process.

At TPP, we don't outsource data migrations to another company. We're experts at it, so we do it ourselves. That means we can see your deployment right through from beginning to end.

TPP has deployed SystmOne to more than 1,000 health care units. Doing so has provided us with an established and proven process for successful deployments. You don't need to worry about having to install a lot of new hardware - as long as you have a decent modern PC, with an N3 connection and enough free memory, we can get you up and running on SystmOne.

TPP has a team of software engineers dedicated solely to data migration. With mature, tried and tested processes, we can confidently say your data could not be in safer hands. TPP's team is there to answer any queries you might have during the deployment process. No matter how large or small your query may be, we're just a phone call away.

We pride ourselves on responding to all requests for assistance as they come in. We log all calls on our specialist support system, so your problem will never be forgotten about. SystmOne's Contact Tracking screen enables you to see how your issues are progressing so you always know exactly what we're doing to help you. In the unlikely event that you do not receive a satisfactory response to your issue, our escalation procedure takes your query to a Customer Relationship Manager or even a Company Director. We'll work hard to make sure your deployment to SystmOne is a positive experience.

We'll take you right through the deployment process, from your demo to Go Live and beyond. We'll provide you with all the support we can. We'll be there to answer the phone when you need us, and we'll do everything in our power to make the deployment as quick and as pain-free as possible.
