Community : Caseloads
A key concept in SystmOne Community is the use of caseloads. Caseloads may span multiple practices, Health Authorities, PCTs or schools — significant boundaries which are now effectively transparent to the practitioner.
You manage referrals through caseload planning. A package of care is prepared for each patient, and care plans applied.
The advanced GUI (Graphical User Interface) allows for easy workforce planning and highlights hot spots. You can plan future caseloads to help with workload spread. Patients can belong to multiple caseloads and be easily moved from one to another.
