We’re very happy with SystmOne. It’s extremely user-friendly
and it can be used by multiple disciplines across the PCT.
TPP’s Support is very good. I’m highly impressed with the performance
from the Helpdesk as our queries usually have a very quick turn around.
Our health visitors are very keen to get onto SystmOne and we’re now
in the process of rolling it out to another ten users. The benefit to them
will be that they can update their relevant caseloads giving everyone access
to real-time, accurate data. Information sharing plays a big part in the
work we do and has a big impact on the improvement of children’s care
pathways.
When a child transfers from one area to another and their previous Child
Health Unit used SystmOne, we just transfer the electronic record to our
care. We don’t have to re-register the child on our system, inputting
relevant information such as their immunisation details. Everything is already
there. This limits the time it takes for the record to reach the CHU and
to be passed on to the health visitors. With SystmOne, everyone’s got
access to the data straightaway.
