Alex and his team on the Helpdesk are brilliant.
Our trainer from TPP, Mel, has been great and helped us a lot.
TPP are listening to us as customers. We have become competent users of the
SystmOne Child Health module; we use it every day. TPP can see why we would
like certain things developing and together, we’re getting things done
quicker. We’re all working towards one system for Child Health, and
the better that system is, the easier it is for all users.
At North Lincolnshire CHS Unit, we are being proactive and demonstrating
the SystmOne Child Health modules to other units who are moving onto SystmOne.
They can see how far we have come, how we completed our data migration, how
we use the Scheduling, how we import the birth details etcetera. People are
nervous about changing systems but we can show them that while it’s
difficult to begin with, it gets better and TPP do work with you to achieve
a smooth transition to the new system.
We’re very satisfied that TPP, the LSP and all SystmOne users
are working towards one patient, one record.
