GP : SystmOne GP and Practice-based Commissioning
Everything a practice needs to carry out and record Practice-based Commissioning activity is available on SystmOne.
Monitoring of referrals: Referral tracking including detailed reporting on referrals is built into the referrals suite. When patients are referred to GPSI or PSI units, the record sharing function ensures that all clinicians can have sight of the record and make notes into the same system. The referral-in processes and attached reporting also support the GPSI units.
Caseload management: When a practice offers services to other practices, the Caseload functionality allows clinicians to look after a separate group of patients from within the surgery system (without having to log on and off). Again, reporting allows detailed auditing of this caseload population.
Prescribing budgets: SystmOne supports different PPAID numbers for different activities to ensure prescribing is attributed to the appropriate budget.
Integration with Map of Medicine: MoM allows PCTs to add local notes highlighting local referral pathways, helping the clinician to abide by local referral guidance. MoM is integrated into SystmOne.
