SystmOne GP is built to deal with the demands of a busy practice in real time. It effortlessly manages high-volume, repetitive general or patient-oriented tasks — from recalls, audits and campaigns to scanning and pathology.
Screens are tuned to the jobs practice staff perform. Users can set up their own favourite screens and keyboard shortcuts to go straight to the screens they need the most.
The user-friendly reporting interface makes it simple to set up even the most complex reports. A comprehensive library of pre-defined reports is also supplied for users to build on. Accurate reports can be run at any time, without impacting on the rest of the practice.
If your practice is becoming paper-light, SystmOne’s flexible scanning functionality is essential. Manage scanning workflow using Tasks — allowing you to pass scans to the relevant clinicians and to file letters and images into a patient’s record.
Creating referrals is easy. Using the Referral Wizard, select a recipient and see their details automatically populating the referral, including their preferred letter template, referral service and referral Read code. You can create referrals in Microsoft Word, in SystmOne or through Choose & Book.
Dispensing practices can manage and order their stock through SystmOne. The Doctor’s Bag screen allows you to monitor the dispensary stock that is held by individual clinicians. Prescribers can select drugs based on what is in stock. When dispensed, the item is automatically removed from the current stock. SystmOne will prompt you to re-order electronically or by fax when stock is low. Batch number management allows you to search for patients by a dispensed item batch number.
